Can I upgrade to a Pentium processor?

No. Some of these units have a motherboard capable of supporting a 80486DX4 @ 100MHz. Contact Hardware Technical Support for details.

How much RAM memory will it support?

It will support from (1) 4Mb to (2) 16Mb or (1) 32Mb SIMMs, for a maximum of 32Mb. Use 72-pin, Fast Page mode, non-parity SIMMs only.
