The motherboard will support up to a Pentium 233MMX. Caution should be taken to ensure the correct voltage jumper configuration to prevent damage upon power up. Refer to the Axiom Motherboard Guide for more information. Nematron has no provision for upgrading the motherboard itself.
It will support from (2) 1Mb to (2) 32Mb SIMMs, for a maximum of 64Mb RAM. Use Fast Page or EDO, parity or non-parity, 72-pin SIMMs. Both slots must contain the same type, size, and parity. There are BIOS settings required to select and enable error checking/parity.
There are two pins on the motherboard used to erase CMOS RAM. Turn power off, and short the JP7 pins together for about 5 seconds. Remove short, turn power on and run Setup to re-configure. Refer to the document "Axiom BIOS Settings" for instructions on how to restore Nematron default settings.
